REGENVIRO High Rate Thickeners are designed to solve the space and cost challenges of modern sites. Our bolted modular design minimizes on-site welding and allows for full installation within 15 days. Furthermore, these units require minimal concrete infrastructure compared to traditional settling solutions.

  • Safety & Access: Standard integrated stairs provide safe access to the top static bridge for maintenance and monitoring.

  • Advanced Protection: All models above 8m include a hydraulic rake lifting system that reacts automatically to inferred torque, preventing mechanical failure during heavy solids loading.

Siemens-Powered Automation

Every REGENVIRO thickener is controlled by a Siemens PLC and a Variable Frequency Drive (VFD). This system intelligently adjusts the height of the drive column based on real-time data, ensuring optimal sludge consistency and water clarity.

Standard Valving: Units include hand-driven isolation valves, discharge valves, and water inlets at the discharge cone as standard equipment.
